1. General terms & conditions

1.1 Unpaid reservations will not be accepted
1.2 Departure point for the most of the tours is in front of Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel. Surcharges for hotel pick ups are marked at each tour description. For some of the tours we provide free hotel pick up. Please, check it. With your reservation write the name of your hotel and language of your choice.
1.3 Hotel pick up is not a part of the tour and is not included in the lenght of the tour
1.4 The agreed time and place of meeting point, or alternatively pick up has to be respected. Missing the tour due to a breach of the terms and conditions does not entitle you to a refund.
1.5 The time of departures of tours is not the same as the pick up at your hotel.
1.6 The intended pick up time at your hotel depends on the traffic situation in the town and the location of the hotel. Possibly dealys in being picked up at your hotel does not entitle you to refund.
1.7 Customer who does not book for surcharge pick up, or who has pick up in price included, providing accommodated within pedestrian zone and walking distance of our departure point will walk by themselve to our departure point.
1.8 Most of our tours end in the center of the town.
1.9 All our tours and trips are guraranteed in languages marked at each tour description.
1.10 Commentary to all sightseeing tours, trips and alternatively boat trips with live guide can be bilingual.
1.11 Any complaint and comments have to be made and dealt with immediately following the tour in the attendance of the guide or immediately by the phone on our hotline number. Complaints lodged later will not be accepted an you will not be entiutled to a refund.
1.12 We ask clients to stay with the group for the entire tour and to heed the guide`s instruction. Leaving the group or interrupting the tour does not entitle you to refund.
1.13 Please not thay any changes to the program and excurion due to unexpected changes in opening hours of visited sites or traffic restrcition are reserved.
1.14 Please not that we reserve to change you itinerary for tours including bus tickets, in case of sold out bus tickets for booked program. If you do not accept ammended itinerary, this reason does not entitle you to refund.
1.15 We do not provide a refund for any purchased tickets, with only exception the bus tickets.
1.16 We are not liable for itmes forgotten in busses, cars, boats or visited sites.
1.17 We cannot gurantee comentary in your chosen language inside state historical monuments due to reason that our guides cannot accompany the clients there. Some state historical monuments have its own local guide.
1.18 Age of children`s price are differenet for each tour and destination and are marked.

2. Cancelation terms and conditions

2.1 Regular City Tours in Bratislava and Regular City Tours in Bratislava from Vienna can be canceled free of charge 48 hours prior the start of the tour. In case of cancelation less than 48 hours prior the start of the tour there is 100% cancelation fee.
2.2. Regular City Tours in Vienna from Bratislava and Regular City Tours in Budapest from Bratislava can be canceled free of charge 72 hours prior the start of the tour. In case of cancelation less than 72 hours prior the start of the tour there is 100% cancelation fee.
2.3 All Private Tours can be canceled free of charge 48 hours prior the start of the tour. In case of cancelation less than 48 hours prior the start of the tour there is 100% cancelation fee.
2.4 All Private Transfers can be canceled free of charge 48 hours prior pick up. In case of cancelation less than 48 hours prior pick up there is 100% cancelation fee.

3. Last minute bookings

3.1 Pick up for tours must be reconfirmed the latest at 16:00 the day before. In other case the clients are responsible to come to the meeting point. For last minute booking cancelation is not possible.
