Cancelation
A tour booked on www.bratislavacitytours.sk can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior start of the tour (exceptions: Vienna & Budapest -> 72 hours). Thereafter, we reserve the right to charge a cancelation fee as follows:
- Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% cancelation fee
Changes
Short-term changes are possible, due to strikes, demonstrations or or other circumstances that are beyond our control. Also there can be short-term change for tours including the bus tickets, in case of sold out the bus tickets. The changes can affect the timetable and the route. If this happens our staff will inform you as soon as possible.
Children
Age of children`s price are different for each tour and destination and are marked. Please check the instructions.
Dogs
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to take along dogs or other animals. However, guide dogs (for the blind) are permitted.

Gift Voucher
You would like to give someone a sightseeing tour for a present? No problem, we will be pleased to prepare a gift voucher for you. Please send your request to [email protected]
Groups
We are very happy to give you a discount for groups of 10 or more persons. This discount may not be combined with any other offers (e.g. online discount). Apply for your discount to [email protected]
Hotel pick-up
For certain tours pick-up service is available free of charge from hotels all over Bratislava. However, t for the most of the tours pick up is for surcharge. Depending on the location of the hotel, the pick-up service will be between 30 – 45 minutes before the tour departure time. Please enquire at your hotel reception desk regarding the pick-up time and the possibility of a pick-up.
Please note: pick-ups can only be guaranteed if you book 24-hours in advance.

Minimal number of participants
For the tours Bratislava Grand City Tour, Bratislava Grand City Tour with Devin Castle and Small Carpathian Wine Tour there is a minimum 2 participants required.
For others tours there is no minimum number of participants.
Onlineticket
If you make a booking at our website, you will receive your online voucher by e-mail. On your voucher you will find the information, whether you need to print your ticket or whether you can show it on your mobile device upon departure.
Payment
Payment can be made online at pour website bratislavacitytours.sk by credit card. Your data will be encrypted and not accessible to others. We accept following credit cards: VISA and MASTERCARD. Our prices are in EURO and include 20% VAT.
Promotion code
If you have a promotion code, simply put the desired sightseeing product in the shopping cart. Then on the checkout page, enter the code in the field promotional code and automatically the price will be reduced.
Seat reservation
A particular seat cannot be reserved. When booking one of our tours, you receive access to the tour bus.
Wheelchairs
Regrettably, the most tours are unsuitable for wheelchairs due to inadequate access to ancient historic sites. At least one person has to accompany the wheelchair and be able to give active assistance when necessary.
