Meet your driver guide at the hotels reception. First transfer to historical city Trnava. Trnava is famous thanks to a great volume of scaral buildings. Therefore the nicknames of Trnava are either Slovakian Rome“or „Small Rome“. Walking tour in a historical city center. Possible entrance to St. Nicholas Cathedral.

Next stop is Topolcianky. A small town famous thanks to the castle. The castle was a summer residence of first Czechoslovakian president Tomas Garrigue Masaryk. In addtition to the castle the second highlight of Topolcianky is Slovak National Stud Farm.

Then we stop in Nitra. Nitra is the oldest Slovakian city. According to the legends in Nitra lived and worked St. Cyril & Method. Both of them are the patrons of Slovakia. The brought Christianity to Slovakia. Furthermore they invented the first Slavic scripture – Hlaholika. The succesors of Hlaholika are the modern alphabet in Russia & Bulgaria.

We will discover both part of the city. First lower city with beautiful streets & city’s theatre. Afterward upper city with St. Emeram Cathedral, and Old Seminary. Especially the upper city is full of sacral buildings. In Nitra is also possible to taste Slovak national pecularity – Mead (alcoholic).

Return transfer to Bratislava. Drop off at your hotel in Bratislava.
